new body." Pilates will
change your body noticeably. People
always ask me if they will lose weight, my answer is that Pilates will give you
the body you desire when combined with sensible eating. Fortunately, the disciple required to
practice Pilates, and the financial commitment to sessions is usually enough to
strengthen healthy eating habits. My
